Christmas Crafts for Children

The Nurturing Nature group at the New Inn organises family-friendly nature events for pre-school and primary age children.
At 3pm on 10 December there will be the opportunity for children to turn their hands to seasonal creative activities.
Natural Christmas decorations can be made which will be hung on the tree at the pub, giving a lovely personal appearance to the festive centrepiece.
Additionally, bird feeders can be created to take home and hang outside. This activity will include the use of Cheerios, a popular food for birds and children alike!
There will be no charge for participation and will be held under cover.
At 3.45pm it will be time to say cheerio and for those who wish, a walking bus will travel to the Church room for a drink and biscuit. This will be followed by the Christingle service in the church at 4pm.
