Green Hopped Beer Tasting
September 28 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm£10
A rare opportunity to taste green hopped, seasonal beer…
… at the New Inn, multi award winning Community pub situated in Norton Lindsey, near Warwick, which has an enviable reputation for the quality of drinks on offer.
As the name implies, green hopped beers are made with fresh hops, rather than dried or pelletedhops. This means that these ales can only be produced during the hop harvest at this time of year.
On Wednesday 28th September at 7pm there will be a tasting of three such ales sourced from different breweries within our local hop-growing region of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, together with an explanation of the process to create these seasonal ales. Light bites will be served to accompany the drinks. Complemented by up to six ales on tap to celebrate National Cask Ale Week, the evening is bound to prove popular.
Tickets cost £10 per person which covers three ⅓-pint tasters, some hop & beer themed nibblesand the presentation. To purchase your ticket please visit the New Inn or phone the pub on 01926 258411.
